We currently despatch daily (except bank holidays)

All orders despatched on a next day service*, for urgent orders please contact us at sales@epig.co.uk with your order number after checkout to arrange specific requirements (additional charges may apply)

Please order prior to 11am for next day delivery.

Plan your deliveries

All orders require a signature on delivery, unless special arrangements have been made (on request), please plan for someone to be available at your delivery address to take and sign for your order.

Currently we are unable to deliver our goods outside of the UK.

Delivery
Orders placed on our website are subject to a standard delivery charge of £9.95 Inc VAT UK Mainland. This excludes special delivery requirements and non-stocked products.

Scottish Highlands - Please select the appropriate shipping method at checkout for your region. Orders may be withheld if the incorrect shipping option is selected or an additional invoice may be generated to cover excess shipping costs. 

Northern Ireland - Not currently available

Pallet orders of POA listed items are not included in these free delivery terms

Non-Stocked Items

We may delay the despatch of your order should lines be out of stock until such time they arrive to our warehouse, we will always make contact in this instance and you can choose to remove lines from your order or continue with your full purchase.
