Wheres My Order?
Our couriers send regular updates via text message and email in regard to your delivery to keep you updated at every stage.
Please note we despatch daily from our warehouse on a next day delivery service, all deliveries will require signature.
Please order before 11am for next day delivery*
If after your order has been marked as despatched and you have not received within 3 days, please do contact us so we can investigate this further - email sales@epig.co.uk stating your order number and delivery Post Code.
*Once your order has left our warehouse we are not in control of delivery times, as this is determined by our courier fulfilling the next day service, we ensure our courier has your details to keep you in touch regarding your delivery, for alterations and special delivery instructions please update via the links in texts and emails our courier (UPS) sends you.
