Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is any problem, it is important to contact us as soon as possible so that the situation can be resolved.

We would like to advise you that, with the current supply chain difficulties, there may be a delay in your order delivery time for larger or special orders of items stocked or sourced as per your request (if a non-stock item)

It is important to check the goods on delivery and ensure that they are supplied correctly. If any goods arrive damaged and are accepted from our carriers, please notify us within 24hrs by email and attach a photo of the damage, to the email returns@epig.co.uk whilst also making a note of obvious signs of damage detailed on the receipt note or driver's paperwork

If any goods prove to be unsuitable, please contact us to arrange return, within 7 days, in the original packaging and in an unused/unopened condition for full refund less any postage/courier collection costs.

Please note it is the purchaser’s responsibility to check the products are suitable for the application as per intended use, all items on our website are listed with their specific intended application and all documentation is available on request prior to placing an order with us.

Orders can be cancelled any time prior to dispatch with no charge. Orders cancelled after this time will be subject to carriage charges both outbound and for their return/collection.
